The engine bay has a nice look with smooth inner walls and plenty of polish on the Edelbrock air topper and valve covers. But what you’ll really like is that this Camaro has proper big block power. It’s a period-correct 396 cubic-inch V8. It even has the kind of features you really want, like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer intake, upgraded ignition, and headers feeding the deep tones of the dual exhaust. The upgraded 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission means better gearing to take advantage of the power as well as deliver smooth overdrive. Plus, power steering, front disc brakes, and wide modern tires make this convertible a fine driver.
