This is my 2000 Chevy Camaro z28 convertible. It is my daily driver and has been a great car. I recently drove it to Key West and back and averaged 23.4 mpg on the interstate. The top has been replaced and has a real glass back window. The top goes up and down as it should and latches with no issues. The car is sitting on Center Line Convo Pro racing wheels with nitto nt555r drag radials out back and skinnies in the front. The car does have a few other go fast goodies. The motor has been rebuilt and has ls6 timing set, lifters, and oil pump. Other then that the motor is 100% stock from throttle body to oil pan. It’s held in place with polyurethane motor mounts. The air intake is a Volant cold air intake system with brand new filter. Headers are Texas speed 1 3/4 long tubes that flow into a SLP loud mouth rep exhaust system. The transmission is a built 4l60e a lot of money went into building this trans has all new heavy duty high performance internals. All new clutches, beast sun-shell, Kevlar bands, re-calibrated valve body, awesome solid firm shifts. I did however stay with a brand new stock torque converter. The rear end is the stock 3.23 rear with gm sure grip posi. This is my daily driver and I didnt want to lose any drivability with an aftermarket converter. The car also has an aftermarket deatsch werks fuel pump. For a power adder the car has a Zex safe nitrous kit on it. The car is 100% safe and has been tuned on the nitrous with HPtuners on the dyno. The car made 468 wheel horse power and 520 foot pounds of torque on the nitrous. Every possible precaution has been taken to make this set up 100% safe and worry free ie: (proper fuel pump, 2 step colder plugs, timing control with hp tuners programing).
