87 Carrera Cabriolet. I’ve owned this car since 1991. She’s in great condition. Within the past two years, I’ve replaced the following: Valve cover gaskets, fuel tank sending unit, oil tank sending unit, door switches for interior lights and fuel pump. Most recently, front and rear brake pads have been replaced, installed were new BF Goodrich G Force tires that have around 500 miles on them. I still have the BF Goodrich comp T/A tires that are original to the car and will go with car. The original Blaupunkt radio/cassette player works. I replaced original speakers with correct size polk speakers that fit behind original grilles.
The car runs great and the G50 trans shifts well. The paint and interior are in great shape. Seats show minimal wear and the interior has no signs of wear and no cracks as the car has always been garaged. The top and boot are original and look new, one small tear in the rear window. There is a small dent in drivers side fender and two small paint scuffs. One on rear bumper and one on front bumper. The only items I can think of that I would replace would be the shocks. The car has 48,300 miles on it.
