The 1983 Buick Riviera was the first GM convertible since the “last” convertible, the 1976 Eldorado. It was also one of the most expensive cars you could buy in 1983, with a sticker price nearly three times that of a comparable Riviera coupe. Today, they’re insanely affordable and this beautifully refinished Riviera convertible represents one of the biggest bangs.
