It’s a 454 cubic inch big block topped by an Edelbrock intake and Holley 4-barrel carb, both hidden under the cowl-induction air cleaner, as well as an MSD ignition system with bright red wires. There’s also a bit of chrome for an OEM look, as well as Chevy Orange paint and even properly marked hoses and hose clamps. It’s a little dirty, but a deep cleaning would make it really pop, and given how it runs, it might just not matter anyway. Long-tube headers feed a 2.5-inch dual exhaust system with Flowmasters, and you know nothing sounds better than a big block with a healthy exhaust system. There’s a 12-bolt rear end with 3.73 gears and a Posi unit inside, and the clutch and flywheel are brand new, installed at the same time as the Muncie. Correct SS wheels with charcoal centers look great and are wrapped in 235/60/15 white-letter radials for the perfect muscle car look.
