We will start off with the exterior of the Malibu. The body is all factory sheet metal that is straight and solid. When the resto was done it done back to the factory F code Marina Blue that is complemented by a new top black top was installed. The top is power and it has a new rear glass as well. A closer look at the paint and you’ll see it’s slick and smooth to the touch with the jams and trunk being nice as well. As with any good build they installed new bumpers and other new chrome. When you look at the glass and trim it all looks very good. The weather stripping and seals were also replaced. To complete the look this ’67 is sitting on a set of 18″ and 20″ Wheels with New Tires. Next, we will take a look at the interior of the Convertible. On the inside it’s all done in the factory style with a bench seat. The seats have new blue covers as well as new door panels and carpet. When you look at the dash it’s all correct with the correct wood grain trim and the factory AM Radio. This car retains the factory seat belts as well. The 4 Speed shifter set well with the bench seat and has the correct style boot. Finally, we will take a look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood it looks like it did when new. The engine is a ’66 model 283 with a Four Barrel. It has the stock valve covers and breather. The engine is mated to the Muncie 4 Speed Trans and a 10 Bolt Rear End. This Chevelle has been upgraded with Four Wheel Power Disc Brakes. Also it comes with Power Steering. The exhaust flows through stock manifolds and dual exhaust with stock style mufflers.
