1963 Cadillac convertible, Series 62. I don’t have the time in my busy schedule for the restoration. The Cadillac has a clear title and would make a great project. The engine (390 V8) and automatic transmission run well and have approximately 10,000 miles on them since the last rebuild. The exterior chrome on the vehicle is original and complete. The convertible top mechanism is original and the motor works appropriately. The vinyl convertible top material was cracked and brittle and was removed (top frame is bare). The dash is intact with no cracks. The instrument panel is in good shape. The original radio is present and still functions. The interior carpet was removed in anticipation of replacing the floor pans. The interior seats need to be refinished or recovered. One of the fuel tank straps needs to be replaced. The body is straight. There are a few rust spots: a) base of rear quarter panels and b) bottom of passenger side door. The trunk and rear deck lid are in great shape. Rear fender skirts are in good shape and included. I’ve purchased new floor pans, trunk pan, and new inner and outer rockers. New parts installed: Brake pads Brake lines Brake cylinders Master cylinderΒ Carburetor rebuiltΒ Fuel filter Front and rear shocks Tires Exhaust manifold gaskets Valve cover gaskets New parts included but not installed Front and rear floor pans: both sides Trunk pan Inner and outer rockers: both sides
